Customer locations missing from the map? |

Q:When I go to the dispatcher for a customer, no customer locations or destinations show up on the map, but are listed on the left side of the screen. Whatup? A:You need to click Show on map on the left side to see them. Your company will be charged a small fee for that. Locations are only automatic for premium players, and newly joined players. Otherwise, you need to get them manually and pay a bit out of your company's account. You can also enable the Dispatch locations booster if you do not want to upgrade to premium. |

What does daily balance mean on company historical data graph? |

Q:When looking at the historical financial data graph for my company, it shows negative daily balance on some days, even though I had money in the account. Is that correct? A:Daily balance is the sum of all incomings minus all outgoings (so it's daily net). If it's negative on a certain day, it simply means that you ended the day with less money in the account than at the start of it. |

I get "You have tried to put too many way points" message? |
|
Q:When performing navigation, I sometimes get "You have tried to put too many way points. Please try again with fewer steps." message, and cannot continue after that. A:There is a limit of 20 waypoints available for navigation. If you cannot map a route with fewer waypoints, there is no way to drive it, and you'll have to abandon it and get a different one, unfortunately. |
