Your player account |
Your Taxi Mogul player account is your representation in the game. It is separate from the company you run, which allows you some additional flexibility in the game: earning money from investments, doing dispatch challenges, and switching between running different companies. In fact, you don’t even need to run any companies to play the game. In addition, any BureauPoints you may have are kept in your player account; it is not possible to transfer BPs to companies. You can access the management page for your player account by clicking on your name in the top-right corner. |
Public player page |
Clicking on any player’s name in the game will bring you to their public player page. There you will see some basic information on the player, and will be able to interact with the player. You can see your own public page by clicking View public page |
Bank account |
As a player, you have a personal bank account. This account is completely separate from your company. Your balance is shown in the top-right corner, and you can access the history of your transactions by clicking Transactions on your player page. |

BureauPoints, Premium accounts, and boosters |
BureauPoints allow you to get many of the in-game items and cars bypassing the in-game currency. For example, rather than slaving for days to earn enough for a better car, you can simply buy one with BureauPoints. Number of BureauPoints you have is displayed on your player page. You earn some BPs by playing the game every day, and you can get more here. At any time you can upgrade your account to Premium. Premium accounts get access to extra features that make it easier to play the game. You may upgrade for just $5 per month here, though you can also upgrade for 60 BureauPoints here. See the Premium page for a list of extra features you will get. Finally, some of the features of premium accounts are available as boosters. You may turn on boosters by paying a few BureauPoints on your player page. |

Player worth |
To measure your success in the game, your player account has a worth. Player worth is your theoretical monetary value in the game. It consists of the following parts:
Rating |
As you perform dispatches, your player account also acquires a rating. This is a measure of how good you are at navigation. Player rating is a running average of the last few dispatches you completed. Your rating is not affected by challenges you do. |
Challenges |
Dispatch challenges provide a way for you to earn some extra cash by challenging other players’ driving. On the Community page there is a short list of recent dispatches completed by other game players. Confusingly, these include both Dispatch and Taxi rank routes. Clicking on any of them will show you details of the particular dispatch, of which the most important is Rating. If you think you can route a particular dispatch better (resulting in a shorter driving path), you can challenge that dispatch. Just click the Challenge button and wager some of your player money on it. Once the challenge is placed, proceed to the Drive page and try to route it. You will be present with car/customer/destination locations identical to the ones done by the original player, so it is absolutely up to you to get a shorter route. Some dispatches might not be challengeable. You won’t be able to challenge them, and you should try and find a different dispatch to challenge. Ordinary player are allowed no more than 3 challenges per day. Premium players (or those with the Extra bets per day booster) are allowed up to 15 challenges per day. This is per server day (GMT timezone). There are counters of your successful and unsuccessful challenges available on your player page, but those are also affected by dispatch challenges. |
